Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you type into our forms, and nothing else about you is asked for.

• Admission enquiry and contact forms: your name, phone number, email address, your child's name and class, and your message.
• Campus visit booking: your name, phone number, the day and time you choose, and the number of visitors.
• Prospectus request: your name, phone number and email address.
• Teacher applications: your name, contact details, the subject you teach, a short message and your CV.

Why we collect it

We use this information to answer your enquiry, arrange your visit, send the prospectus, consider a teaching application and plan admissions. We do not sell your details. We do not use them for anything unrelated to the school.

Who can see it

Only authorised members of the school office staff can see what you send. Your details may be sent to the school's email address so the office can reply. We do not share them with other organisations unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and bookings for as long as they are needed to deal with admission, and for a reasonable time afterwards. Teacher applications are kept while a post is open. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Cookies and visitor statistics

This website uses a few small cookies and similar storage to work properly. They remember whether you closed the announcement bar, keep staff sign-ins secure, and note which link brought you here (for example a Facebook or Google link) so we can see which ads and posts help families find the school. If the school has switched on Facebook Pixel or Google Analytics, those services also receive anonymous information about how pages are used. If the school advertises on Facebook or Instagram, the website may also send Meta (Facebook) details about visits and about forms you send, such as your phone number, email address and name in a scrambled form that cannot be read back, together with the Facebook identifiers on your device and a random visitor number our website keeps in a cookie, so that the school can measure which adverts help families and show them to people who may be interested. When a family is admitted, the school may tell Meta that too, in the same scrambled form. You can stop this by blocking cookies, by turning off ad personalisation in your Facebook settings, or by asking us not to use your details. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the website will still work.

Other websites

The Contact page shows a Google Map. Our footer links to Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp. Those services have their own privacy rules and we do not control them. Some pages show YouTube videos. A preview picture is loaded from YouTube, and the video itself loads from YouTube's privacy-enhanced address only when you press play.

Online applications

If you apply online, we collect the student's name, date of birth, class, previous school, the parents' names, phone numbers, home address and any documents you choose to upload. We use them only to process the admission and to contact you. They are kept in a protected area that only school staff can open. We keep an application only as long as the school needs it for admission records, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Children

Admission forms are meant to be filled in by a parent or guardian. We do not ask children to send us information through this website.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you or your child. Call or email the school office using the details above and we will help.

Changes to this page

If we change how we use information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
